Common FAQ's

1) Do I need to hire a public adjuster?
Our agency is licensed by the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner as public adjusters. We work for you not the insurance company. We document damages, interpret your policy, prepare the claim, and negotiate on your behalf.

2) Are tree damages covered by insurance?
Often yes, when caused by a natural disaster that damages a covered structure (roof, fence, shed, fence). Coverage depends on your policy contact us and we’ll review your situation.

3) My home insurance denied my claim. What should I do?

4) After a house fire, can I claim everything?

Fire & Smoke: structure, contents, odor, soot cleanup

Water/ Flood Damage:  burst/leaking pipes, appliance leaks, rain intrusion, natural disaster related to the flood

Storm & Wind: roof damage, fallen trees, siding, windows/doors

Vandalism & Theft: forced entry, stolen/damaged contents

Vehicle Impact / Falling Objects: e.g., powerlines or trees hitting the home
Note: “Flood” as rising water from outside usually requires separate flood insurance. Contact us about other claim types not listed.
